Voters sue rural Arizona county for refusing to certify election

A group of Arizona voters on Monday filed suit against the Board of Supervisors of Cochise County, Arizona for refusing to certify the results of the 2022 election, Dem lawyer Marc Elias reports. The board tabled certification “based on nothing more than vague and unsubstantiated allegations that the county’s electronic voting machines could not be trusted” per the complaint.
