Jack Smith subpoenas Mike Pence

BREAKING NOOSE: Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith has subpoenaed former Vice President Mike Pence, roping him in to testify about Trump’s coup plot, ABC News reports.

CNN reported earlier on Thursday that Smith has also subpoenaed former Trump White House National Security Advisor Robert O’ Brien and former Deputy DHS Secretary Ken Cuccinelli.
