Worried that right wing attorneys getting fined by courts or disciplined by the Bar for bringing frivolous lawsuits over Republican election losses might reduce the market for legal representation, Republican Arizona state Senator Anthony Kern has introduced a bill prohibiting a both the State Bar Association and the Arizona Supreme Court from “infringing” or “impeding” on the “political speech” of an attorney or an attorney’s clients, the Arizona Mirror reports.
