Mike Pence to fight Jack Smith's subpoena

Vice Former Guy Mike Pence is planning to fight the grand jury subpoena from Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith to testify on fat former President Trump’s efforts to force him to overturn the results of the 2020 election during the January 6th, 2021 joint session, Politico reports.

Per sources, Pence’s objection isn’t on executive privilege grounds, but an argument that as president of the Senate he’s shielded from certain Justice Department demands. The big fan man-baby Trump also reportedly plans to contest the subpoena to Pence on executive privilege grounds.
