A federal judge on Tuesday tossed MAGA lawyer Alan Dershowitz’s defamation lawsuit against CNN he filed over their coverage of his defense of fat former President Trump during Donald’s first impeachment trial in early 2020. “The evidence in the record does not support a conclusion that CNN ran a ‘story line’ that would establish actual malice,” wrote Trump-appointed Southern District of Florida Judge Raag Singhal in his ruling granting summary judgement in favor of CNN.
