House Republicans involved with the numerous stupid investigations – mostly centered on Hunter Biden and his laptop – tell Politico they’re getting heat from their constituents for having promised massive BOMBSHELLS about the “Biden Crime Family” and so far having jack shit to show for it.
“All of us hear from constituents that they’re very anxious for results. And our task, part of our task, is explaining to people what this process is about, and what to expect,” Congressman Mike Johnson told Politico, as if he and other Republicans ever actually take the time to manage expectations during their daily Fox News appearances. “I think some people get anxious because they just want immediate results,” Johnson added, as if they didn’t basically promise immediate results.
“There’s always going to be people who want to go 110 miles an hour and get frustrated with the pace of how things work,” said South Dakota Republican Congressman Kelly Armstrong, again like they didn’t act as if they were going to skip all the letters requesting information and put Hunter Biden in front of a firing squad by sundown on day one of the 118th Congress.
