“A Nevada man was sentenced today for assaulting law enforcement officers with a dangerous weapon during the breach of the US Capitol on Jan 6, 2021. His actions and the actions of others disrupted a joint session of the US Congress that was in the process of ascertaining and counting the electoral votes related to the presidential election. Josiah Kenyon, 35, of Winnemucca, Nevada, was sentenced to 72 months in prison, 36 months of supervised release, and was ordered to pay $43,315.25 in restitution. Kenyon pleaded guilty to two felonies – assaulting a law enforcement officer with a dangerous weapon and assaulting a law enforcement officer with a dangerous weapon resulting in bodily injury – on September 14, 2022, before US District Court Judge Carl J Nichols, in the District of Columbia,” says a Tuesday Justice Department press release.

It doesn’t mention that after he was tracked down and arrested in December 2021, Kenyon had “told agents that he hated Trump and that he was at the Capitol on January 6 because he was ‘trying to raise the violence level.’ He claimed to be a ‘Communist’ and that he wanted law enforcement ‘to shoot [the Trumpers] all down,'” according to an FBI arrest affidavit in the case.

Well there you have it fanboys. Your mythical unicorn has been found. It only took literally over a thousand arrests and prosecutions of actual genuine Trump fans to find the “Communist plant” who really was there to help incite the insurrection and make it worse. Congratulations.
