Abby Grossberg, the former senior producer for Tucker Carlson and Maria Bartiromo at Fox, filed a statement with the court that she has an old company-issued smartphone that she used at the time around the 2020 election that likely has evidence relevant to the Dominion Voting Systems defamation case, NBC News reports.
Grossberg said she told Fox lawyers that she had the phone, and they told her to hold onto it, but they never collected it from her when other evidence was taken. In another example of incompetent lawyerin’ though this time not directly involving Donald Trump, Fox lawyers have been chided by the judge in the case, who stated he’s likely to appoint a special master to investigate whether or not they intentionally withheld evidence.
