Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis on Tuesday filed a motion asking a judge to disqualify MAGA lawyer Kimberly Debrow from representing the assholes who signed fake electoral college votes for fat former President Trump in December 2020, arguing that Debrow is stuck in a conflict of interest given that the electors have been turning against each other – and that Debrow didn’t tell the fake electors about the immunity deals Willis’s office was offering to some of them.
Judge Robert McBurney last year ordered now former Georgia Republican Party chairman David Shafer to drop Debrow and to get his own lawyer separate from the rest of the fake electors, so disqualifying her from the case altogether might not be a stretch. It’s not clear what, if anything, Willis’s filing could mean as far as how close she is to finally indicting these pieces of shit and their Orange Allah, but at the very least it should still make it clear she hasn’t dropped the case.
