British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace on Thursday informed the House of Commons Thursday that the Storm Shadow missiles promised by Prime Minister Rishi Sunak are on their way to Ukraine and will start fucking shit up for Ivan as soon as the launchers are in place, Politico EU reports.
“The donation of these weapons systems gives the Ukrainians the best chance to defend themselves against Russia’s continued brutality, especially the deliberate targeting of Ukrainian civilian infrastructure, which is against international law,” said Wallace, explaining the missiles’ 560 km range puts targets in Russian-occupied Eastern Ukraine in the crosshairs without giving Kyiv the kind of firepower to overdo it against Russia itself, making the donation “calibrated and proportionate response to Russia’s escalations” against Ukraine and the rest of Europe.
