“The White House counsel’s office met with a top aide to Special Counsel Jack Smith just weeks before he brought charges against former President Trump for allegedly mishandling classified documents – raising serious concerns about coordinated legal efforts aimed at President Biden’s likely opponent in 2024,” the New York Post reports on “serious concerns” they themselves raise in the article by quoting “legal experts” like Trump co-defendant Rudy Giuliani and Jonathan Turley.
Evidently it never occurred to the Post that a team of prosecutors investigating the theft of classified documents from the White House might want to maybe visit to scene of the crime irrespective of who currently occupies the building but then again it’s not like they’ve got a lot to work with these days when they’re trying to make the Biden Administration look nefarious.
