Disgraced former President Trump on Monday refiled to the full bench of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals his bid to have the gag order imposed by Judge Tanya Chutkan and mostly upheld by a three-judge panel at the higher court, Politico’s Josh Gerstein reports, commenting that it’s “inconceivable” the fat fuck would win but seems to be “fishing for a dissent” to take to the Supreme Court. For a guy who’s been pissing and moaning about having to spend so much in legal fees maybe being characterologically unable to just let something like this go is the bigger problem.
