Funny how the actual policy stuff – abortion, tariffs, etc – that he spews out doesn’t ever seem to worry the vox populi of the MAGA web as much as this “bloodbath” comment did:

A verbatim in quotations search of the example in that definition reveals that the commenter copied it from FreeDictionary.org, where it’s actually the second definition of “bloodbath.” The first is “indiscriminate slaughter,” which is interesting given that this whole “controversy” centers on accusations of ignoring context and selective parsing.
