Vlad and Kim to hang out in Pyongyang this week

The Kremlin on Monday confirmed that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will visit obese North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un on a three-day trip to Pyongyang starting Thursday, ABC News reports.

It’s not clear what the topics of the bilateral discussions will be but it’s a safe assumption that comparing notes on different methods of torturing and executing dissidents would be at the forefront, as well as their mutual affection for another would-be dictator in the United States.
