Biden didn’t say much new or unexpected about his decision to hand the keys over to Vice President Kamala Harris, but in one heartbreaking answer he asserts that his late son, former Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, should be the one sitting there being interviewed as the incumbent President of the United States, not him.
