Harris establishes presidential transition team

Vice President Kamala Harris on Monday filed the paperwork to stand up a presidential transition team, a step that’s standard operating procedure months out from election day, CNN reports.

Listed as manager for the team is Yohannes Abraham, the current Indonesia-based US ambassador to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, who also led Joe Biden’s transition four years ago.
