A new Monmouth University survey of registered voters in Pennsylvania finds Vice President Kamala Harris with the support of 50 percent of respondents who said they’re “Extremely motivated” to vote and 49 percent of those saying they’re “Extremely/Very motivated” to vote while convicted felon former President Trump has 46 percent of both the “Extremely motivated” and “Extremely/Very motivated” voters… Guess that’s a Harris lead among the most motivated Keystone State voters.
The writeup of the survey says “Overall, just under half of registered voters in Pennsylvania say they will either definitely (40 percent) or probably (8 percent) vote for Harris in November and, in a separate question, a similar number will definitely (38 percent) or probably (7 percent) support Trump. Nearly identical numbers say they will definitely not vote for Trump (46 percent) or Harris (44 percent),” which we guess we could crunch the numbers and come up with a definitive-ish head-to-head number for the respective candidates. It’s still a confusing pain in the ass and, like we wrote on Sunday, we’re kind of wary of Monmouth because as far as we know there’s nothing stopping a respondent from saying they’ll “probably” or “definitely” vote for both Trump and Harris.
