Richard Rogers, 45, of Billings, threatened a McCarthy staffer during no fewer 100 calls to the Republican speaker’s office placed in just 75 minutes on February 3, 2023, just as the entire MAGA media industrial complex was going full on balls to the wall with the spy balloon batshittery.
