You will not be surprised to learn that Trump Media and Technology Group CEO Devin Nunes is an incompetent dumbass and has fired the chief operating officer, the chief product officer, and at least two others in retaliation for their complaints over Nunes’s mismanagement, per ProPublica.
“This story is the fifth consecutive piece in an increasingly absurd campaign by ProPublica, likely at the behest of political interest groups, to damage TMTG based on false and defamatory allegations and vague innuendo. As usual, your latest inquiry utterly fabricates implications of improper and even illegal conduct that have no basis in reality, presented without any reliable sourcing or substantiating details,” said the company in a statement. They do kind of have ProPublica there on the “substantiating details” part, as the story contains no real specifics or quotes.
They did not however lie about anything. These assholes definitely really were fired.
