Rapper Cardi B will take the stage with Vice President Kamala Harris at a Friday rally in Milwaukee, CNN’s Elizabeth Wagmeister reports, noting that Cardi had backed away from endorsing Joe Biden earlier this year because, in her words “I don’t fuck with both y’all.”
