Federal prosecutors based at the Middle District of Tennessee in Nashville have withdrawn from a legal dispute over evidence seized in an August 2024 FBI raid on MAGA Congressman Andy Ogles’s home and office, in what WTVF reports is a strong indicator that the shitbag’s dead-end effort to allow his Orange Allah to run for a third term has paid off and the second Trump Reich’s Justice Department will drop the investigation into some scam where Ogles loaned his campaign $320,000 of money that he didn’t have in an apparent attempt to look stronger in his 2022 primary.
Pretty fucked up to say the least and in a way considerably more fucked up even than pardoning all of the Capitol rioters. At least a lot of those pieces of shit still had to go through the wringer. It’s also not like saying “Can you imagine if Joe Biden did this before Gold Bars Bob Menendez went on trial?” is going to give any pause to Trump’s ballsucking cultists, but it’s still impossible to ignore.
Of course the equivocation is going to be that Biden pardoned Adam Schiff, Liz Cheney, Anthony Fauci, and so on before he left office to help them escape “justice” but the rejoinder to that is Trump should just pardon Ogles if he wants him to avoid getting prosecuted. At least bring it to that level.
