Firings include FEMA’s Chief Financial Officer, two program analysts and a grant specialist. Under President Trump and Secretary Noem’s leadership, DHS will not sit idly and allow deep state activists to undermine the will and safety of the American people,” said a February 11 DHS press release.
And it’s now evidence in a complaint by the former FEMA CFO, Mary Comans, whose lawyers write that “DHS/FEMA unlawfully caused Ms Comans’ employment with Defendant FEMA to be terminated and disseminated false and defamatory information, which had not been independently verified, throughout Defendants FEMA DHS and elsewhere within the federal government, that effectively stigmatized her and caused her employment with Defendant FEMA to be terminated.”
Comans’s case accuses the Trump Regime of a shit ton of statutory violations rather than any defamation per se, but it might’ve helped if they didn’t post that shit AND THEN have fucking Laura Loomer and Elon Musk publicize her name in harassing tweets that are included in the complaint.
