The objective today for National Zero was to learn more about the circumstances of the “case” against Khalil, but of several protestors spoken to none had any clear answer as to the nature of the “evidence” against him, specifically what, if any, “pro-Hamas” material he had distributed. This is important because if there’s no evidence he was “pro-Hamas” as opposed to just “anti-Israel” it becomes harder for the regime to argue that he was “supporting” terrorism, which was already thin.
Inside the courtroom, Inner City Press’s Matt Lee reports that the sides are tussling over the proper venue for the habeas corpus in which it was obvious that Khalil was shipped to Louisiana to secure a MAGA judge for the Trump Reich to get him deported quickly without any recourse.
