The US Supreme Court on Monday lifted a lower court order blocking the Trump Regime from ending temporary protected status for over 350,000 Venezuelan refugees admitted during the Biden Administration, CBS News reports. It’s not the final ruling while related cases continue but it is almost certainly bad news for these people who fled a dysfunctional communist regime.
“So long as the order is in effect, the secretary must permit hundreds of thousands of Venezuelan nationals to remain in the country, notwithstanding her reasoned determination that doing so is ‘contrary to the national interest,'” Solicitor General John Sauer wrote in the reich’s appeal.
