George Soros-backed PAC “Texas Majority” launched a “Blue Texas” initiative on Monday, backed by $1 million on top of the $2.1 million the billionaire financier sent to the group last year, aiming to break what’ll be a 32 year dry spell for statewide Dem election wins by next year, the Wall Street Journal reports.
