Well you already guessed what South Carolina state Representative RJ May, vice chair of the state House’s Freedom Caucasians was arrested for. Or were pretty close if you guessed child molestation/statutory rape. It was actually child porn, per the South Carolina Public Radio, who report that federal prosecutors hit May with 10 counts of distributing sexual abuse material involving children. May’s screen name in the dark web child porn forums was “joebidennnn69.”

The sick son of a bitch knew it was coming too, per SCPR, whose report states that May’s home was raided by Homeland Security in August 2024 – which no media or voters caught wind of – and still stood for reelection three months later. “With a looming indictment, May continued to show up for the South Carolina legislative session that began Jan 14 and officially ended May 8. Unlike his early years in the Statehouse, however, May stayed mostly at his desk,” SCPR writes of the Republican’s fleeting time remaining in office was spent while he knew the hammer was about to drop.

“The South Carolina Freedom Caucus stands firmly for the rule of law and the protection of children. Representative RJ May has been expelled from our caucus. He has not been involved in the operations of the caucus since August of 2024. We call for his immediate resignation from the House. Although formal charges have not been made public yet, all indications are that these indictments will be for child sex abuse materials. These crimes are heinous and we expect that they will be fully investigated. We pray justice is served,” the Freedom Caucasians announced in a statement Wednesday night, pretending they barely knew the guy in typical MAGA fashion.
