Dozens of Israeli settlers with the Hilltop Youth Movement trashed and set multiple fires on an IDF base in the West Bank on Sunday, an attack prompted by – get this – the arrests of five of the settlers after a riot in a Palestinian town called Kfar Malik that left at least three Palestinians dead in a hail of gunfire and several businesses torched, the Associated Press reports.
“No civilized country can tolerate violent and anarchic acts of burning a military facility, damaging IDF property and attacking security personnel by citizens of the country,” Israeli dictator Benjamin Netanyahu said after the very January 6th-like incident wrought by supporters of his own regime.
