At least 10 ICE agents were caught on security whipping their dicks out and pissing on the grounds of Ruben Salazar High School in Pico Rivera, California last month, in broad daylight while summer classes were in session, stirring outrage among district officials, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Now while that lede there might seem to heavily imply that this was a performative act of disrespect of what by the school’s name alone sounds like it’s in a heavily Latino school district, the video itself shows the agents one-by-one sneaking behind storage containers to unzip, so it’s harder to say that’s it was a deliberate choice of location than if they were all pissing on a statue of or plaque dedicated to Ruben Salazar in unison. At the same time they’re not FedEx or Amazon delivery guys who would be fired if not also charged for felony indecent exposure on school grounds.

“These actions raise alarming and pressing questions regarding ICE’s behavior and judgment, as well as concerns about the rights and well-being of those involved, including the ERUSD community,” wrote the district in a letter to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons that probably went straight into the shredder. “Any reasonable person, of any profession, entering Salazar where the ICE agents were urinating would clearly recognize the surroundings to be those of a school where minors are taught,” the letter continued.

Finding them parked on school grounds but before they were aware of the pissing-related nature of the June 17th visit, school staff confronted the agents and demanded to see a judicial warrant for their presence on the grounds. When they couldn’t produce one they were asked to leave which they did. Other staff later reviewed the footage and saw the multiple urinations, posting the condensed version in the video above. DHS did not respond to the Times’ request for comment.
