Convicted felon President Trump’s new Bureau of Labor Statistics chief, creepy incel EJ Antoni, in 2023 had a curious choice for a background on some crypto douche’s podcast: a painting of the Nazi battleship Bismarck, sank in 1941 after a battle with the British fleet in the North Sea. “The Bismarck, yep, in all his glory,” Antoni said after host Marty Bent remarked on the painting during the intro, adding “It is at the bottom of the sea, along with the Hood, that it sank just days before.”
The Trump Reich defended the “history buff” to the Daily Beast, with a spokesworm saying Antoni’s office “is full of a variety of artifacts and artwork featuring US battleships and other famous vessels, including the USS New Jersey and the USS Missouri, that have been used throughout major wars.”
Antoni is also an American history buff who was spotted in the crowd during the January 6th, 2021 enactment of the famous sacking of the United States Capitol by far right insurrectionists.
