George Morgan, a homeless man described by USA Today as a lifelong Washington DC resident and a “Trump supporter” told the paper this week he was “very concerned” about the Orange Caesar’s takeover of the district’s police department and mobilization of the National Guard. “I try not to take offense,” said Morgan after he was notified by the city’s Department of Human Services that he had less than 24 hours to remove his little campsite from a green space near the Kennedy Center.
Maorgan said while he doesn’t know where he will go, he’s “hopeful God will make a way,” even though his god is making a way: Get the fuck out and don’t come back to DC, ever.
