Trump kind of lowballs chances of failure in Putin meeting

Speaking on Fox Newsdouche Brian Kilmeade’s radio show on Thursday, convicted felon President Trump estimated a “25 percent” chance of failure to reach a peace deal with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin during their Friday meeting in Alaska, CNN’s Alayna Treene reports.

This came pretty much immediately after Trump said “I believe now he’s convinced that he’s going to make a deal. He’s going to make a deal. I think he’s going to. And we’re going to find out – I’m going to know very quickly.” Trump also said he hopes Zelensky will come.
