Below is an image of the aftermath of the deadly crash caused by illegal immigrant and unlicensed truck driver Harijinder Singh in St Lucie County, Florida earlier this month, the license plate covered up by someone proficient in MS Paint in the sheriff’s office after Singh made an illegal U-turn and the minivan’s driver plowed into the trailer. You can think of it as an allegory for the situation or as a deliberate choice in controlling certain politically-charged elements of the narrative in the story.
It probably is the latter, let’s be honest here. Will get to why, but first an update on the aftermath of the August 12th crash that gathered a shit ton of MAGA media attention because of the driver, a 28 year-old Singh, who entered the US illegally via Mexico in 2018. How this is known is not clear, the Tampa Bay Times writes that Florida state troopers did not arrest him at the scene and only found out about his status after checking with ICE two days later, by that time Singh was already back home in California for seriously who the hell knows what reason they let him go after three people were freaking killed. Heels-wearing Gov Ron DeSantis then made a big scene and sent his Lt Gov to arrest Singh and take him back to Florida when he never should’ve left in the first place.

Now amid all the propaganda and bullshit you might notice that something present in other stories of a similarly-charged nature is missing. Something usually key to this caliber of white nationalist political ammo to feed the outrage of their audience. The “human side to the story.”
Even if sometimes it’s hard to remember exactly how their names are spelled.

From a July 27th Homeland Security press release: “The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) today announced Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged an arrest detainer against a criminal illegal alien responsible for driving while intoxicated and causing a fatal car wreck that killed two American teens, an 18 year-old girl and 19-year-old boy in Dane County, Wisconsin. According to local reports, on July 20, 2025, Noelia Saray Martinez-Avila, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, struck a vehicle while driving the wrong direction on a highway, killing 18 year-old Hallie Helgeson at the scene. Martinez-Avila also gravely injured 19 year-old Brady Heiling who died from his injuries on July 25, 2025. Noelia Saray Martinez-Avila has been charged with two counts of felony vehicular homicide and impaired driving by Wisconsin law enforcement. ICE lodged an arrest detainer for this illegal alien’s arrest and removal from the country. Dane County, where the crash took place, has historically not honored ICE detainers due to sanctuary jurisdiction policies.”
Emphasis added on the gratuitous mention of the victims’ nationality.
They then followed up on August 15th with “ICE Arrests Illegal Alien Who Killed Two Highschool Sweethearts in Drunk Driving Car Wreck in Sanctuary Jurisdiction of Wisconsin,” which is included here for more of that extra larding of innocence being stolen by brown invaders, but the point is, as you can see from the previous release, that it was just a week after the crash that DHS publicized the names of the victims. Local cops had by the 22nd released that Helgesen had been killed.
They obviously were indeed sweethearts and obviously this is fucking godawful they were killed by some drunk asshole – no matter what country she came from or what her immigration status was.
Days later, in another very similarly-premised press release: “Today, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged an arrest detainer against Roberto Romero-Hernandez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, following his arrest by the Louisiana State Police in connection with the tragic death of 59 year-old Rickey G Maddox of Alexandria, Louisiana. According to local reports, on August 3, 2025, Romero-Hernandez – driving drunk and without a license – crashed into Maddox while he was operating his lawn mower along Highway 1. Maddox was transported to a nearby hospital with life-threating [sic] injuries and was later pronounced dead. Police charged Romero-Hernandez with vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated. An arrest detainer was immediately issued following his arrest to ensure he is not released back into the community following any local proceedings.”
DHS left out the part that Maddox was driving the lawnmower at 9 PM. Still a tragedy nonetheless.
Now contrast those two press releases with DHS’s on the arrest of Singh’s brother Harneet: “The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) confirms US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested Harneet Singh, 25, an illegal alien from India, after an 18-wheeler he was a passenger in made an illegal U-turn on the Florida Turnpike, causing a horrific crash leaving three dead. Harjinder Singh, Harneet’s brother, and driver of the truck, now faces three counts of vehicular homicide.”
“According to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, on August 12, 2025, Harjinder Singh, attempted to make an illegal U-turn through an ‘Official Use Only’ access point in St Lucie County. By blocking all lanes of the highway with his truck, Singh caused a brutal wreck, instantly killing three innocent people and leaving Florida families shattered. Border Patrol encountered Harneet Singh May 15, 2023, and was released into American communities by the Biden Administration. ‘Three innocent people were killed in Florida because Gavin Newsom’s California Department of Motor Vehicles issued an illegal alien a Commercial Driver’s License – this state of governance is asinine,’ said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. ‘How many more innocent people must die before Gavin Newsom stops playing games with the safety of the American public? We pray for the victims and their families. Secretary Noem and DHS are working around the clock to protect the public and get these criminal illegal aliens out of America.’ ICE arrested Harneet on August 18, and he will remain in custody pending removal proceedings.”
So there are some native-born white people mentioned in that one but they’re former President Joe Biden, California Gov Gavin Newsom, and scary ex-girlfriend DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin.
No mention of the victims’ names… But what if this is just a Florida thing?
Sure doesn’t seem like it. Breitbart was actually a day late on ascertaining the identity of 19 year-old Brianna Kelson, who was killed when 21 year-old Roberto Carlos Meza Rosales ran a red light and plowed into her car as she was driving to work at a Wendy’s at 5 AM on the 4th of July, per the Tampa Bay Times’s July 7th reporting. Rosales fled and was arrested at his apartment later that day.
Thing is there’s no mention of Kelson anywhere on DHS’s website. There’s also none of Rosales either, so for whatever reason they’re not publicizing the case the way they did with the others. Was it because Kelson was Black? That’d be easier to conclude if Rosales alone was mentioned. If they’ve placed a detainer on him then they haven’t announced it publicly so who the hell knows.

But between the DHS and Florida officials you can see that in other similar-enough cases it took two to three days max for the victims to be identified to fuel MAGA outrage. Except in Singh’s case.
No, it took 13 days for the St Lucie County Medical Examiner’s office to identify the three victims as Herby Dufresne, 30, Faniola Joseph, 37, and Rodrigue Dor, 54, all of them members of the Miami area’s Haitian community and there is REALLY no information on them or photos that can be tracked down – a possible strong indication that they themselves were illegal immigrants.
Who made the call to slow walk the public identification? On the 18th a WSVN article said “Highway patrol trooper [sic] said they are refraining from identifying the victims,” meaning the order could have come from DeSantis himself. For their part Homeland Security absolutely also could have just gone public with their names much sooner and chose not to. Possibly because they’re Black.
Now could that be a stretch given that in any such situation it’s standard operating procedure to avoid publicizing the names of people killed before the families can be notified? Sure. In fact other sources say cops were going with that too. But then on Wednesday the Miami Herald reported this:
The three bodies are still being held by the St Lucie County Medical Examiner’s Office as neither family nor a funeral home have signed release forms, said Janie DuBois, the office manager. FHP alerts families on the retrieval of their loved one’s bodies, she added.
Lt Indiana Miranda, a spokesperson for FHP, said a corporal and a victim advocate have been assigned to the case, but did not say whether they have reached out to the families.
So, no. Confusingly, another Miami Herald article from Tuesday said “Dor’s niece told CBS4, the Herald’s news partner, that she did not know him.” Couple that with the fact the cops went through the trouble of putting the white square on top of the license plate on the image so no one would go on one of those sketchy “sleuth” sites to track down the registered owner of the vehicle.
It’s worth asking if the names were made public intentionally because the reporting says they came in an affidavit filed in the case rather than any press release or some other fanfare. Somebody could’ve screwed up on that and accidentally posted an unredacted version, it happens.
But whatever the case was, the net effect remains: Out of the following sites – Breitbart, The Gateway Pundit, Town Hall, Red State, Daily Wire, Washington Examiner, Daily Caller, Newsmax, The Blaze, American Thinker, PJ Media, WorldNetDaily, New York Post, Washington Times, OANN, Front Page Magazine, LifeZette, and Fox News – that together printed 62 articles concerning the Singh case since the names first became public on Monday there are ZERO that mentioned Herby Dufresne, Faniola Joseph, and Rodrigue Dor as having been killed on August 12 when illegal immigrant Harjinder Singh made an illegal u-turn in the 18-wheeler he wasn’t even supposed to be driving because he could neither speak nor read English.
Why complicate things when it was really about blood being on Gavin Newsom’s hands?

This should really be its own article but in the spirit of the fucked up situation around the way the MAGA Reich is handling their mass deportation agenda here’s another data point from the case of the Wisconsin DWI shitbag Noelia Saray Martinez-Avila: Last week WPR reported that prosecutors filed an emergency motion to get the judge to increase her bail to $5 million to get her brought out of the gulag and back to the Dane County Jail. Why? Because, per Sheriff Kalvin Barrett, DHS was going to deport her before she could face trial on two counts of felony vehicular homicide, for which Barrett said would allow her “to evade accountability – essentially a ‘get out of jail free’ card.”
Look it’s one thing if an illegal immigrant has a preexisting criminal record, especially a violent one, and the Regime wants to use that as a pretext to deport them back to their home countries. Of course that would end up nabbing a handful of the truly reformed but let’s just say it would be considerably harder to justify opposition to the agenda if that were the case. What is the case for literally exiling them so they can live freely in their home countries instead of forcing them to pay their debt to society and then deport them? It’s fucking insane and astonishing that this is the first concrete evidence that it is happening. Why in Christ’s name is THAT not getting more attention?
“All of us want Noelia to own up to her bad decisions,” said victim Brady Heiling’s mom in court during an August 15th hearing in the case arguing against her being deported. You sure as fuck aren’t going to find that in any Homeland Security press release or MAGA media site article.
