Just this morning the Texas Tribune reported that there’s no serious primary challenge against Cuellar, even though he and Imelda had been set to face a jury in April. “The National Republican Congressional Committee is targeting Cuellar’s seat as a top pickup opportunity in 2026, viewing his indictment as an opportunity to flip the seat red,” the Tribune literally wrote… five hours before Trump basically just endorsed him. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck, this is so goddamned funny.
