As expected, SDNY federal Judge Jeannette Vargas on Friday enjoined convicted felon President Trump’s regime from withholding the $6.9 billion in funding already appropriated in 2021 for the Gateway Tunnel rail project between Manhattan and North Jersey, NBC News reports.
Hilariously, it does not appear that the New York or New Jersey Attorneys General’s offices had submitted any filing mentioning the fat fuck trying to strongarm Chuck Schumer into renaming NYC’s Penn Station and Northern Virginia’s Dulles International Airport to “Trump Station” and “Trump International Airport,” with their arguments sticking to the original, publicly-stated “official” pretext of the halt – some stupid bullshit about “DEI” hiring by the contractors or whatever the hell it was.
Guess they’re saving that self-inflicted implosion of the regime’s defense for next week as Vargas ordered the parties to submit additional information within a few days. Naturally it’s impossible to find any of his fanboys raging at him for very fucking obviously not actually ever giving a shit about “DEI” if it means a monument to his glory, though maybe that’d be expecting too much from them to perceive. Especially when it’s such a boss move to extort Schumer and corruptly violate the law.
