Still… If it’s easy to get it done in Congress then why didn’t he just do it instead of signing an executive order that was nullified within hours and then finally imploded by the same court that otherwise did him more than its fair share of solids over the years? Oh, that’s right, Congress would never actually pass that bill, nor the constitutional amendment actually required to overwrite the birthright citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment, never mind 38 state legislatures.
