A 58 year-old ICE agent, apparently so used to doing whatever he wants to do those on the other end of power imbalances that such habits have begun to bleed into his personal life, found out the hard way that the St Tammany Parish, Louisiana Sheriff’s Department draws the line differently and on Friday arrested Trump Regime stormtrooper Thomas Bailey for entering his ex-girlfriend’s apartment when she was not home, 4WWL reports with scant further details on the crime.
Bailey faces a single charge of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. His actions, intent, and timing of when he broke into the apartment were not disclosed to the public.
“Regardless of where you work or what position you hold, the law applies equally to everyone,” said Sheriff Bret Ibert, evidently at least acknowledging Bailey’s occupation. “When someone enters another person’s residence without permission, we are going to investigate the circumstances and take the appropriate action based on the facts of the case,” Ibert continued, leaving a lot of blanks on how many Xboxes and iPads Bailey had acquired from the residences of those suspected of being illegal immigrants. The fact that this bastard even got arrested at all further raises a shit ton of questions about the victim’s position and connections – as in whether she’s Ibert’s sister, cousin, or high school friend – as well as the outright egregiousness of Bailey’s stalkery behavior and whether this break-in was more like the last straw than the worst thing Bailey had done to her.
