The Biden Administration is threatening to ban TikTok from the United States if the ChiComs do not divest from the popular spyware-loaded video sharing app, the Wall Street Journal reports.
If this all sounds familiar it’s because the Trump Administration tried to do so the same but failed due to the incompetence of its chief executive, a guy who didn’t care about the app having a legitimate bullseye on its back from Treasury Department regulators until he found out those fucking K-Pop kids had used it to organize a massive troll of his big campaign rally.
Whether the Biden Administration will have any success pulling this off without pissing off millions of Gen Z and Millennial voters is yet to be seen, but they’ve got better odds than the Former Guy.
