Fat former President Trump’s minions are gearing up for challenges to his access to both the primary and general election ballots under the 14th Amendment, Section 3’s ban on insurrectionists that was successfully deployed on Cowboys for Trump asshole and now-former Otero County, New Mexico Commissioner Couy Griffin over his January 6th conviction last year, the Washington Post reports.
“This is a prime example of election interference. They are writing Donald Trump’s message themselves,” said one Trump minion. “The question is really what judge is going to grant any one of these states the ability to interfere with the American electoral process… We are very aware of the task before us.” The challenges can’t be filed until Trump officially applies for ballot access in the primaries, which gives them not a lot of turnaround time before the elections start early next year.
Trump’s team expect challenges in Blue and darker-Purple States like California, New York, Connecticut, Oregon, Maryland, Massachusetts, Washington and Michigan, but haven’t ruled out having to defend him in North Carolina or Georgia. The Peach State could be particularly worrisome for Donald, as his loyal scumbag Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene was put on the stand for hours last year in what was ultimately a successful defense of a 14th Amendment challenge.
