MSNBC correspondent Lisa Rubin, who spent Tuesday in the Manhattan courtroom where Donald Trump’s trial is ongoing, reports that Trump has frequently been seen sleeping during the trial, missing long chucks of testimony. Rubin lists some of the way Trump’s lawyer’s are trying to keep him awake, including giving him papers to scan through and keeping an aide nearby to jostle him if his head droops. Rubin notes Trump’s apparent “exhaustion” as he just sits at the table.
