Rail-thin robber baron Jared Kushner in recent weeks met with House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries to discuss what the New York Times reports was to discuss “potential areas of common ground” ahead of what Kush evidently anticipates a Democratic win in the midterms and then an onslaught of subpoenas aimed at exposing the manifold corruption of the Trump Regime and family.
The Times writes that the meeting was about legislative stuff, mentioning that Kush and Jeffries have remained in contact since the first Trump Maladministration when Jared and Ivanka helped push a bipartisan criminal justice reform bill, but either way it’s pretty obvious that Kushner does not share Mike Johnson’s optimism about the GOP’s midterm outlook and wants to keep a line open for when Jared and his buddies are hit with a wave of subpoenas about their comical corruption.
