The woman, identifiable by a pink ski cap, at the January 6th domestic attack at the Capitol who bellowed orders to fellow insurrections through a bullhorn, has been arrested in Pennsylvania, the York Daily Record reports.
Rachel Marie Powell, a mother of eight from Sandy Lake in Mercer County along the Pennsylvania-Ohio border, was arrested away from her home in New Castle, Pennsylvania Thursday night. The arrest was coordinated with an FBI raid of her home.
Powell was recorded planning attacks on the Capitol during the unrest: “People should probably coordinate together if you’re going to take this building … We got another window to break to make in-and-out easy.” She’s seen later with a bullhorn telling domestic terrorists in the building how to work their way around the complex.
