A new Trump campaign social media advertisement misplaces a comma, turning a blessing into a mild rebuke for the incumbent.

The ad, which is formated to run on social media platforms, misuses a comma to turn a request for grace from God for Trump (“God bless President Trump”) into a Southern colloquialism of exasperation and condescension toward an individual (“God bless, President Trump”).
It’s not the only time a member of the Trump has been challenged by punctuation. An advanced image of a self-published book by Donald “Lucky Sperm” Junior shows a misplaced apostrophe, completely changing the meaning of his book’s subtitle.
