Nicci Garlic of Winfield, Illinois got a very welcome and very sudden surprise earlier this month after years of struggling to conceive a child with her husband Kelsie, People.com reports. Feeling some bizarre and novel stomach pains, Nicci visited her doctor to see what the hell was wrong with her. In a situation where virtually everyone in the same situation in the history of medicine at best breaks even when the doctor tells them it’s just gas, Nicci got even better news. She was pregnant. And it was her due date. The teacher and foster mom to two gave birth to a healthy baby boy Charlie just hours later. The couple have set up a GoFundMe to help pay for the very sudden expense of not having relatives able to fill up a baby registry on such short notice.
