Four members of a white nationalist MAGA militia charged in the plot to kidnap Michigan Gov Gretchen Whitmer walked Friday, as Daniel Harris and Brandon Caserta were found not guilty, and the jury deadlocked on the verdict for another two, Adam Fox and Barry Croft Jr, Fox News reports.

Of the six MAGA militia members charged federally in the plot, which was broken up and exposed by the FBI in October 2020, only one has pleaded guilty so far. Ty Garbin reached a plea agreement with federal prosecutors last January. Garbin testified against the others during the trial.
