Esmerelda County, Nevada, population 729, certified the results of its June 14th primary election on Friday, just two hours before the Secretary of State’s office’s canvassing deadline amid moronic right wing “controversy” over whether the votes were valid, the AP reports. The county staff and commissioners spent seven hours hand-counting 317 votes. “We’ve got a problem. People don’t trust the system, We’ve got a situation where a lot of people are really concerned about the safety of their votes,” said some MAGA Karen at the county commission’s meeting on Thursday. Disgraced former President Trump won Esmerelda County with 82% of the vote in the 2020 election.
