Disgraced former 9th Circuit Appeals Court Judge Alex Kozinski, who retired in 2017 over multiple allegations of sexual misconduct toward clerks and junior employees, has been called back into legal action to represent disgraced former President Trump in appealing the dismissal of his stupid lawsuit against Twitter for banning him after the Capitol riot, Reuters reports.
Kozinski, a Reagan appointee, retired after trying the “locker room talk” excuse for his inappropriate behavior, saying at the time he “always had a broad sense of humor” and “may not have been mindful enough of the special challenges and pressures that women face in the workplace.”
