“This morning, an Administrative Order appointing me to the case of State of Georgia v Donald J Trump, et al was filed with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fulton County, in compliance with an order issued by Atlanta Judicial Circuit Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee. The filing of this appointment reflects my inability to secure another conflict prosecutor to assume responsibility for this case. Several prosecutors were contacted and, while all were respectful and professional, each declined the appointment. Out of respect for their privacy and professional discretion, I will not identify those prosecutors or disclose their reasons for declining. The decision to assume responsibility for this matter was reached only after careful and deliberate consideration.”

“While it would have been simple to allow Judge McAfee’s deadline to lapse or to inform the Court that no conflict prosecutor could be secured – thereby allowing the case to be dismissed for want of prosecution – I did not believe that to be the right course of action,” says head of the Georgia Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council Peter J Skandalakis on the new self-appointment.

Long story short, Skandalakis was charged with finding a replacement for Fani Willis in the case against convicted felon President Trump and his co-conspirators in the post-2020 election coup attempt case in the state. Regime sources tell the Atlantic that convicted felon President Trump commanded his aides to boot reporters out of the room during the televised events at the White House since Wednesday morning after the House Oversight Dems dropped those damning Jeffrey Epstein emails. Just two days ago this site was operating under the assumption that the Senate wouldn’t even take it up but now CNN’s reporting suggests that many in the House are more than a little bullish on getting past the 2/3rds threshold in the chamber. That doesn’t legally obligate Senate Majority Leader John Thune to bring it to the floor any more than a simple House majority would but it’s obvious that politically a 2/3rds veto-proof margin would make much less defensible to mothball than a 225-ish yes vote.

All of which led one of these Trump allies – who sat through the lengthy phone venting session hearing Donald bitch and moan about it still being a story but nothing about why he’s so opposed to transparency – to tell Donald to come up with a different strategy as he’s “not acting like someone who has nothing to hide.” In fact no one in the Orange Overlord’s court of supplicants seems to know what exactly was the extent of his friendship with the dead sex trafficker.

Tennessee state GOP chairman Scott Golden tells Politico he’s “cautiously optimistic” about the December 2 special election to replace former Congressman Mark Green – who resigned last summer – in the state’s 7th District, seeing candidate Matt Van Epps as an America First blah blah blah choice for the voters there. “But I think that there’s a lot of blocking and tackling that we still need to do to make sure that the vote comes out,” Golden added about a race against Dem Aftyn Behn that isn’t supposed to be competitive. It would be very bad for the GOP if they lose this one.

“US District Judge Carlos E Mendoza has sentenced David Andrew Ogden (40, Winter Park) to 170 years in federal prison for production and possession of child sexual abuse material. Ogden pleaded guilty on August 20, 2025. According to court documents, on September 8, 2024, Ogden entered an apartment without permission where three minor children were sleeping. He began touching two of the children and used his cellphone to produce child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of them.”

“Following Ogden’s arrest later that night, a search warrant was executed on his cellphone which revealed additional CSAM Ogden had produced in 2022 and 2024 involving two other minor children. Ogden’s phone also contained more than 1,000 AI-generated CSAM images and 10 AI-generated videos, some of which portrayed the abuse of children between the ages of 2 and 6 years old,” says a Justice Department/Middle District of Florida press release.

But forget the hypocrisy or “goose for the gander” shit and let this suck on its own terms internally to the MAGA universe: They’re going after Swalwell because he’s a pain in the ass and mocks them constantly on TV. None of his constituents are going to think this is real and he’s extremely unlikely to get convicted – hell it’s even fair to question whether he’ll even be indicted for this nonsense.

The chances that this doesn’t end in butthurt and tears for all the fanboys are vanishingly slim, but that’s not even the worst part for them. It’s the opportunity cost of putting federal prosecutors and FBI agents into working backwards from the predetermined outcome on such a chickenshit case over whether he didn’t read a fucking mortgage application closely enough when how many millions did Nancy and Paul Pelosi make on insider trading scams? How many goddamned times did Trump bring that up and yet she’s still raking in the cash? How many more Democrats in the House are committing actual crimes like bribery and improper use of campaign funds and all sorts of other shit? There has to be several that are legitimately corrupt, maybe even more, but building those cases would take real work so let’s just go for the “easy” charges to harass Eric Swalwell, Adam Schiff, Letitia James, and Jim Comey because they make the “rule of law” libtards scream at the sky.

Mini-cut of House Republicans bringing back the “if Trump was incriminated by the Epstein files then Biden would’ve released them” line on Thursday (although the first one was the “This is just a distraction from the Senate Dems’ shutdown cave” line). Now, tempting as it is to once again rehash the old “Trump stole classified nuclear secrets and the MAGA propaganda machine said the FBI planted the files, so SURE they’d believe it Merrick Garland said Trump raped teen sex trafficking victims” and call it a wrap, it’s worth noting what makes the deflection suck even worse this time.

First off, the emails dropped on Wednesday by the House Oversight Dems came from Epstein’s estate, not the Justice Department. They were never in government hands until this week. Second, even if they had been collected years ago, what in them is criminally actionable? You can say they definitely could’ve helped damage Trump politically last year, but that’s something for Dem voters to rage at Merrick Garland for not fighting dirtier. And also see above about whether MAGA voters would’ve believed it. Third, Trump is the president now and on Wednesday he tried and failed to strongarm Nancy Mace and Lauren Boebert into backing out of the discharge petition to force a vote to force the DOJ to release the files. That’s the whole fucking reason this “hoax” is still going on.

Trump doesn’t want the files released. He wants this all to go away, probably because they contain evidence that he at the very least knew that his friend was raping and abusing teenage girls. While it takes a lot of words to explain and the whole scandal is a confusing mess, that stark reality is actually pretty simple to understand: Trump was complicit in if not a satisfied customer of a sex trafficking ring and he’s trying to prevent the wider public from gaining that understanding.

Having read through the damning emails released by the House Oversight Dems Clinton impeachment lawyer-turned-anti-MAGA crusader George Conway on Wednesday tweeted that “An important side note about today’s Epstein/Trump revelations. They show that Todd Blanche’s questioning of Ghislaine Maxwell was either (a) completely incompetent; or (b) intentionally crafted not to elicit facts incriminating Trump. Either way, he is not fit to serve as Deputy Attorney General of the United States,” a pretty standard observation from a smart legal mind such as George’s.

Then on Thursday Blanche responded with “George, you’ve never been confused for a trial lawyer, and these kinds of posts explain why. When I interviewed Maxwell, law enforcement didn’t have the materials Epstein’s estate hid for years and only just provided to Congress.”

“Stop talking. It’s unbecoming,” Blanche added at the end because irony’s still dead and only getting deader. What the actual fuck is this guy thinking? He just said a federal prison inmate lied to him and he did not have the contradictory information available at the time but nothing about actually punishing her for having done so. Blanche could do that NOW. He could send Maxwell to ADX Florence with a phone call. She conned him, he admits it in a shitpost reply to Conway, and that’s it.

Inmates at the “Club Fed” women’s federal prison camp in Bryan, Texas are allowed to shop at the commissary once a week and are always sure to stock up on rolls of Scott toilet paper that cost $2.25 each, a resource they zealously guard from others, according to CNN’s sources at the joint.

“You don’t understand the value of toilet paper in prison. It is hoarded. It is hidden from staff,” said Sam Mangel, a former federal prison inmate turned consultant with clients currenty at Bryan. “If you think about it, you can go without shampoo for a day or two. You can’t go without toilet paper.”

However there’s one inmate who does not face the same supply chain issue: Dirty Jeff’s main accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, who gets as much as she wants for free. This is on top of all her other privileges like her own private cell without the usual three other inmates, private meetings with visitors in the chapel with snacks supplied by prison staff, and extra attention from guards.

At first glance maybe the toilet paper detail isn’t really adding to the picture that previous reporting on Maxwell’s time in Club Fed over the last few months did not. However something sticks out in CNN’s story that wasn’t in the Wall Street Journal, NBC, etc’s previous reporting on the situation, all seemingly sourced from inmates’ spouses or lawyers or maybe rank and file prison staff.
