Joining former Presidents Alejandro Toledo, Ollanta Humala, and Pedro Castillo as the still-living inmates, ex-Peruvian leader Martin Vizcarra was sentenced Wednesday to 14 years in the joint for taking $600,000 in bribes while serving as a regional governor prior to taking the top national office in 2018, the AP reports.
