“Governor Jeff Landry has issued an Executive Order declaring a state of emergency, allowing Louisiana farmers and timber harvesters to use the dyed diesel fuel they already keep on hand. The order comes at the peak of harvest season, with diesel at the highest price ever recorded in this state. EO attached. ‘We’re not going to sit on the sidelines while Louisiana farmers are paying record prices to harvest the crops that feed our families and support our economy. We have an opportunity to provide immediate relief, and that’s exactly what we’re doing,” said Governor Landry.”

“Dyed diesel is ordinary diesel fuel dyed red to mark it as off-road fuel. Farmers and loggers buy it for tractors, skidders, and irrigation pumps, and state law has long barred them from burning it in a licensed highway vehicle. This Executive Order suspends the penalty through October 22, 2026 for vehicles registered as Class 2 (Forest Products) or Class 5 (Farm Use) during this time of peak harvesting operations. The Order also directs the Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Revenue to request federal penalty relief from the IRS by the end of the week.The diesel shortage driving these high prices is a national issue. US inventories of distillate fuel oil are currently 12.5 percent below the five-year average, contributing to higher domestic diesel prices. At the same time, US net exports of distillate fuel oil remain near five-year highs. In Louisiana, the average retail price of diesel has reached an all-time high of $6.03 per gallon, 112 percent higher than the price the LSU AgCenter used to develop its 2026 crop enterprise budgets,” says the statement from far-right fascist Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry’s office, carefully not blaming anyone in particular for the situation.

The CEO of the painfully generically-named Michigan-based “Family First Credit Union,” painfully generically-named Jane Smith, is no longer with the company after posting a pic depicting herself, husband, sister, and brother-in-law, wearing sweatshirts bearing the painfully generically-MAGA-renamed “Lake America,” the Guardian reports on a surprise resurgence of cancel culture.

Particularly obnoxious of Smith and her kin was that the real photo with the AI-slop added “Lake America” shirts was taken at Detroit’s airport on September 11th prior to the four departing for Halifax, Nova Scotia, a region of Canada that had on that day 25 years earlier opened their homes to thousands of Americans stranded when Transatlantic flights were diverted to Maritime Province airports. “Like our sweatshirts? Not sure Canada will… Lol lol” Smith wrote in the post.

Thing is that Sandner found an entry in Munich’s official death register giving the date and time of the discovery of Raubal’s body as 10:15 am on September 18, 1931. Two death notices found in the archives also carried that date – important because both would place Hitler in Munich at the time whereas he had departed for Nuremberg the previous afternoon.

MSNow reports they and CNN have been refused entry to part of the ceremonies convicted felon President Trump is throwing for communist dictator Xi Jingping.

…and you’ll absolutely believe what happened next: The New York Times reports that Nevada election officials checked all 185 of them and all 185 of them turned out to be US citizens.

Even those of us who absolutely do allow that there’s always going to be a small number of illegal votes cast every year – while maintaining that the overlap between those votes and elections that are actually decided at margins small enough for such votes to be determinative is, in this day and age, like hitting a bullet with another bullet – might have believed it if there were some legitimately illegal voters on that list. Maybe even a few dozen.

Lib-coded cable network MS Now on Thursday reported their journalists’ access to the White House was restored just minuted ahead of a 12:30 PM EDT deadline imposed by DC Circuit Judge Timothy Kelly for the Trump Regime to respond to the outlet and its co-plaintiffs Politico and CNN’s charges that Trump’s team were actively defying the temporary restraining order imposed by Kelly.

Seconds later CNN reported the same. No update on Politico’s home page yet.

Turns out that the Trump Regime is simply just going to not obey a federal judge’s temporary restraining order and won’t be restoring the White House press passes to CNN, MS Now, and Politico reporters, the Washington Post reports, writing that “Some journalists from CNN, MS NOW and Politico banned from the White House by President Donald Trump remained barred from the grounds Thursday morning, hours after a federal judge ordered their access be restored.”

The outlets’ joint legal team just now moved for an emergency hearing, writing “Early this morning the Court issued a Temporary Restraining Order directing ‘that Defendants (except for President Trump) and their agents, representatives, and all persons or entities acting in concert with them shall immediately return, reinstate, and restore the White House ‘hard pass’ press credentials held by employees of CNN, MS NOW, and POLITICO that were revoked on or about September 18, 2026.'”

“This morning journalists from each of CNN, MS NOW, and POLITICO attempted to enter the White House and were turned away, and Secret Service agents confiscated the hard pass of journalists whose hard passes had not previously been confiscated. And when Plaintiff Betsy Klein, whose hard pass was confiscated on Saturday, September 19, requested to have her hard pass returned, her request was denied and she was refused access to the White House complex. And time is of the essence – CNN is scheduled to be the television pool this evening for President Xi Jinping’s visit to the White House. Plaintiffs reached out to counsel for Defendants this morning and requested to call the Court together. Counsel for Defendants has not responded,” the motion continued.

“The Ford’s Theatre Lie is just another example of how the Fake News Media and the Dumocrats conspire together to make up false stories about ‘President Donald J Trump.’ Shouldn’t be allowed to happen. Our Country is desperately seeking a Free and Fair Press!” posted convicted felon President Trump on Thursday morning, the third such denial on his personal social network in just under 12 hours as it followed one from Wednesday night and then a second at 7:15 AM EDT this morning in which he wrote “The Dumocrats make up lie after lie. The new one is that I want Ford’s Theater named after me. That’s where Abraham Lincoln was assassinated. Who would want that? I don’t!”

“It is FAKE NEWS started by MSDNC AND CNN,” Trump continued in that second post, relevant because in the middle of that 12 hours stretch his own judicial appointee, DC Circuit Judge Timothy Kelly, had ordered the White House to restore those two outlets’ and Politico’s access to the complex. Kelly wrote in his ruling “that nothing in the record that predates this suit suggests that the revocation of Plaintiffs’ hard passes was motivated by national security concerns. Certainly, that is not what President Trump said when he announced that he was ‘banning’ Plaintiffs from the White House – instead he focused on the alleged lack of truthfulness and negativity of Plaintiffs’ reporting.”

“And even the justifications provided to Plaintiffs after this case was filed are ambiguous about the true purpose of the revocations: while Defendants’ letters to Plaintiffs mention national security concerns, they purport to identify reporting that ‘threatened national security and/or spread falsehoods,’ leaving open the possibility that all the stories fall into the latetr bucket, rather than the former,” Kelly continued in the ruling which Trump has yet to respond to, even as his denials really seem to increase the credibility of the reporting on the Ford’s Theater renaming project.

The president did however find time to post “Midterm Fact Check: Don’t believe the economic doomers,” linking to a clip of Fox News propagandist Laura “Frau” Ingraham cheering fans up.

Convicted felon President Trump’s regime on Thursday already lost the legal battle to keep CNN, MS Now, and Politico banned from the White House, with his appointee Judge Tim Kelly ordering the outlets’ access restored in the wee hours of Thursday, less than a week into the ban.

“The story that the White House, or me, want to affix my name to Ford’s Theatre, in Washington, DC, where Abraham Lincoln was assassinated, is a ridiculous lie. It is FAKE NEWS! Who would possibly want a name on such a tragic place? The Dumocrats suffer from serious Trump Derangement Syndrome. They are Degenerates and Losers who make up lie after lie, and this Ford’s Theatre Hoax is just another of their never-ending, malicious falsehoods to try to discredit and demean,” posted convicted felon President Trump, categorically denying that he wanted to put his name on a specific publicly-owned DC performance venue associated with a president murdered by a madman.

Worth pausing here to note that Deace doesn’t mention mail-in ballots which in itself is a reminder of how much the “election integrity” shit has trailed off in recent weeks. It’s almost like the MAGA propaganda machine is starting to realize that Dems may indeed win with “too big to rig” margins.
