Having given up on messaging like “We lowered your gas and grocery prices,” “ICE is protecting American citizens from violent illegal alien maniacs who would shoot them four times in the face unprovoked,” “Bill Clinton is the only president with alleged to have raped Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking victims,” “We’re entitled to five more seats,” “Look at how awesome our Obamacare replacement plan is,” and “The Big Beautiful Bill cut taxes for working families,” the top minds of the Trump and Republican Party political messaging teams held a little powwow at the former Trump DC Hotel to come up with a game plan for the next six months of the usual overdone propaganda ops.

According to CNN, the best that White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, Team Orange top strategist James Blair, and other MAGA minions could come up with was “You think everything sucks now? It’ll be even worse if Democrats win the House and Senate.” Now that was not a direct quote, but the actual summation from one of the scumbags present was that Dems want “to make it a referendum on, ‘Do you think everything is perfect?’ For us, it’s about, do you want to go forward and continue the work that is being successful and finish the job? Or go backwards to record inflation and high crime?” without so much of a hint of irony on the tonal overlap with “We’re not going back!”

Remember how confident Dems were that Americans would not return to power the convicted felon, adjudicated rapist, the bloated corpse endowed like a piglet tail who lasted approximately 120 seconds during a coerced sexual encounter with a porn star, the racist criminal shitbrain who thought bleach would be a viable COVID treatment? There’s a lot else to be said here and yet, what the fuck? What gas pumps in the US can be activated by means other than (A) from the control panel operated by the cashier after you hand them $50 and tell them the pump number or (B) by swiping your credit/debit card at the pump itself?

Evidently having decided that if they already went bankrupt twice then it couldn’t happen again, convicted felon President Trump’s minions are close to announcing a $500 million rescue package for widely-disliked airline Spirit, the Wall Street Journal reports on more waste, fraud, and abuse.

Whether they would be “fine” is a different question subject to interpretation, but it’s unambiguous that the US government would NOT be fucking throwing good money after bad if the demented old corpse in the White House had simply listened to his neckbeard Vice President and not launched his moronic crusade in Iran.

Hey America, let’s look super busy and productive in DC by having no fewer than five simultaneous hearings. The Virginia ballot measure to amend the state constitution to override the independent state redistricting commission and nuke four of the five Republican-held congressional districts is projected to pass on Tuesday but not by an overwhelming margin one might have expected given the patterns of Dem overperformance in special/off-year elections, probably about 52 to 48 percent.

According to the New York Times the turnout in Fairfax County, the state’s most populous, dropped off by as much as 25 percent versus last year’s commanding gubernatorial election win for Abigail Spanberger. Still, a win is a win – provided there’s also a win at the state Supreme Court, which allowed the vote to proceed while the ruling is still pending – and as such a righteous fuck you to convicted felon President Trump’s now clearly ineffective attempt to gerrymander away a loss of the House GOP majority. From the perspective of last June, when the fat fuck first commanded Texas Republicans to steal five seats for him – he literally told that Joe Kernen dickbag on one of his rambling calls into CNBC that, since he “got the highest vote in the history of Texas” he’s “entitled to five more seats” – and from a national political media that maybe wasn’t wrong to expect Democrats to just take getting pissed on lying down, yeah. Dem Florida Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick’s chief of staff tells NOTUS that the federal criminal defendant has resigned her seat effective at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, ditching an expected expulsion vote right off the heels of an Ethics Committee hearing that had damned her to a punishment not nearly as bad as the 54 years she faces in the joint. And probably not the Ghislaine Maxwell joint, since Cherfilus-McCormick can’t just tell Todd Blanche that Donald didn’t rape any sex trafficking victims but then he also ignores the part where she said Jeffrey Epstein didn’t rape any of them either which would obviously undermine the credibility of anything she says.

Yeah, Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick doesn’t have that option, so sucks for her.

What sucks for us is that the not-totally-unrealistic 2-for-1 scenario floated by some in which domestic abuser MAGA Congressman Cory Mills is forced out simultaneously the way Tony Gonzales and Eric Swalwell were. It doesn’t mean Mills cannot be forced out at all so much as Republicans are more incentivized to close ranks now that Cherf is headed home to face a jury.

Just ask Sheila herself, who won her seat in a special held eight months after Dem Congressman Alcee Hastings died in 2021.
